Day 01 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Arrival day in Kathmandu (1338m.)

On this day, you will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport. You will come to our office in Goldhunga. We will welcome at our office. We will check at the hotel and stay there. You can rest at the hotel or go for shopping. We will have welcome dinner organized by the office. Our overnight will be in Kathmandu at the hotel.

Day 02 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

 Kathmandu sightseeing and trek preparation day

 We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

The second day of our Annapurna base campYoga trek will be the day of sightseeing of Kathmandu valley. We will visit Kathmandu valley with an excellent guide who can give us all the information about the place, where we visit. We will visit the places which are listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. They are Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Bouddhanath (Buddhist shrine), which is one of the largest Stupas in the world. In the afternoon or in the evening we will introduce each other and take information about the Yoga Trek, which will have been starting next day from Kathmandu. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Kathmandu.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 03 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (827m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

On this third day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trekking, we will head to Pokhara from Kathmandu. We can enjoy the beauty of the nature from our bus to the outside. We can observe the forests, landscapes, mountains and villages. When we arrive at Pokhara, we will be transferred to the hotel. It takes about 7 hours to reach to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Pokhara.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 04 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and trek from Nayapul to Tikhedhunga (1,525 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

This is our fourth day of Annapurna base camp yoga trek and we will leave to Tikhedhunga from Pokhara. We will drive to Nayapul from our hotel. It takes about one hour to reach to Nayapul. From Nayapul, we will trek to Birethanti, which is a town beside the Modi Khola River. After walking slightly steep way, we will reach to Tikhedhunga. Our overnight will be in Tikhedhunga.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 05 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,750 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

On this fifth day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trekking, we will head to Ghorepani from Tikhedhunga. We will enjoy our walking with rhododendron and oak forests. We will cross Bhurungdi Khola (Stream). We will reach to Nangethanti (2,460 m.) and have our lunch. We will continue our walking from Nangethanti and reach to Ghorepani. Our overnight will be in Ghorepani.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 06 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill for sunrise view and trek to Tadapani (2,520 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

This is our sixth day of Annapurna base camp yoga trek and on this day, we will go to enjoy the sunrise view from Poon Hill (3,210 m.), early in the morning. This is very good place to see the mountain views with beautiful sunrise on them. After enjoying there, we will return back to Ghorepani. From Ghorepani we will start to Tadapani. From Ghorepani the trail is steep through pine and rhododendron forests. On the way we reach to Deurali (2,960 m.), where we take our lunch. Now, the way goes downwards and we will reach to Tadapani and we will spend our overnight there.

Day 07 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,210 m)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

On this seventh day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trek, we will walk to Chhomrong from Tadapani. Our today’s destination is Chhomrong village. This is very beautiful village and the base of Himal Chuli mountain begins from here. This village is the last permanent settlement of the valley. Our overnight will be in Chhomrong.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 08 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Chhomrong to Dobhan (2,540 m)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

 This is our eighth day of Annapurna base camp yoga trek and we will start to Dobhan from Chhomrong. We will descend to Chhomrong Khola and begin to climb to Sinuwa. We will continue our trekking to the upper Modi Khola valley. We will take our lunch there and head to Dobhan by the forest. Our overnight will be in Dobhan.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 09 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Dobhan to Deurali (3,170 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

This ninth day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trekking will be the day of leaving Dobhan and heading to Deurali. We will continue our trekking by passing Hinko Cave, which is at the height of 3,100 m. We will take our lunch on the way and continue our trekking through the jungle where we can see wildlife like deer, jackals and peacocks. From our way, we will see the very close view of Machhapuchhre Mountain, which means Fish Tail in English. The shape of the top of this mountain is like a fish tail. Our overnight will be in Deurali.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 10 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base camp (4,100 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

This is our 10th day of Annapurna base camp yoga trek and we will start to Annapurna base camp from Deurali. This area is surrounded by mountains. From this area, we can see the very real view of the mountains. We will spend our overnight in Annapurna Base Camp (ABC).

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 11 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Sinuwa

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

On this 11th day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trek, we will start to walk from Annapurna Base Camp to Sinuwa. The way is descent and we walk with lot of enjoyment. We will take our lunch on our way. Our overnight will be in Sinuwa.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 12 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Sinuwa to Ghandruk (1,940 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

This is our 12th day of Annapurna base camp yoga trek and we will start to Ghandruk from Sinuwa. The way is covered by the forest. We walk towards the down. We will reach to Ghandruk after walking from Deurali. In Ghandruk village, there are Gurung ethnic people. They have their own culture, tradition, language, dress and lifestyle. Ghandruk village is one of the most famous destinations for trekkers and is known for its beautiful mountain views. We will take our dinner in the house of the ethnic family in Ghandruk. We can observe different culture and lifestyle of the people there. Our overnight will be in Ghandruk.

Day 13 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara (910 m.)

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

On this thirteenth day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trekking, we will finish our real trekking from Birethanti to Nayapul. From Nayapul we will drive to Pokhara. We may celebrate the completing day of our Annapurna base camp Yoga trek. Our overnight will be in Pokhara at a hotel.

Day 14 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.

On this 14th day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trekking, we will drive to Kathmandu from Pokhara. The journey takes about 7 hours to reach to Kathmandu. During our journey, we will enjoy the beauty of the nature, which we can see from the window of the bus. When we will reach to Kathmandu, we will have free time. This free time will be the time for shopping. We will shop the things, which we can bring to our country from Nepal. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Kathmandu.

We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 15 Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Departure day

This is 15th day of our Annapurna base camp yoga trekking and we will leave to our country from Nepal at Tribhuval International airport. We will wish your safe journey.
