There are various trekking routes in Nepal. Some are very renowned and very popular throughout the entire world. However, there are also some trekking routes in the country which have every potential and potentiality as the popular trekking routes of the country. However, due to lacking proper exposure and other few elements they have not been able to get the exposure it deserves.

Helambu circuit trekking is one of those routes which have massive potential as a trekking route but have still not achieved what it could have achieved. This trekking route will take you through an amazing journey of various settlements as well as a view of the various mountain ranges. This astonishing journey will give the trekkers a lot from a breathtaking view of nature to the warm gesture of the people of the villages where the trekkers will be staying.

Helambu circuit trekking is also known as Yamlo heritage. Many may not know about the nickname of Helambu circuit trekking but there is an amazing reason it is called so. During Helambu trekking, the trekkers will go through various terrains steeply way to, forests, uphill, downhill, view of the beautiful mountains, amazing settlements, and Yamlo culture. That is the reason Helambu circuit trekking is also known as Yamlo heritage.

During the Helambu circuit trekking, the trekkers will see various mountain ranges. The closest and nearest view of the mountain range the trekkers will have been the Langtang mountain range. However, this is not the only mountain range that the trekkers will be seeing on this journey, Manaslu, Annapurna, and the mighty Mount Everest. However, it may require a very clear day to see these mountain ranges.

Another amazing thing about the Helambu circuit is that it is very near to Kathmandu valley. Most of the trekking routes near the mountains are either west of the Kathmandu valley in the Gandaki region or the east of the Kathmandu valley in the Sagarmatha region. The trekking routes near the Langtang range are the nearest mountain trekking routes of the country to Kathmandu valley.

Trekking is the process of hiking for more than one day and completing a definite goal. It has become more popular in recent times as people are daring to explore the beauty of nature. In the past, only selective people went on such journeys while now more and more people are interested. With more people willing to explore the parts of nature even the not so popular trekking routes are getting more exposure.

There is quite a disbalance in the trekking routes. In some routes there is a mass flow of people, to the degree, it may be harmful to the routes while in some routes there is so less flow of people that the routes and paths even cannot be maintained. This was much in the past but as people are willing to explore nature as much as they can at the present time, the condition is slowly but surely changing.

Our country Nepal has much more to offer than the mainstream trekking route by which the international people know Nepal. However, there is much more to unexplored Nepal than they have already seen.
