Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,350m)
When you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will find our office and come there in Goldhunga. Our representative will welcome you to our office. We check-in at the hotel, stay and rest there. We will take our welcome dinner, which is hosted by The Tour Trek Travel Nepal, in the evening. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing and trek preparation day
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
The second day of our Kanchenjunga Yoga trek will be the day of sightseeing of Kathmandu valley. We will visit Kathmandu valley with an excellent guide who can give us all the information about the place, where we visit. We will visit the places which are listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. They are Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Bouddhanath (Buddhist shrine), which is one of the largest Stupas in the world. In the afternoon or in the evening we will introduce each other and take information about the Kanchenjunga Yoga Trek, which will have been starting next day from Kathmandu. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Kathmandu.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Suketar (2,420m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
On our third day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will fly to Suketar from Kathmandu after our yoga and breakfast. It takes 1:30 hours to reach to Suketar. We will visit Suketar after reaching there and rest in the guest house. Our overnight will be at Suketar.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 04: Trek from Suketar to Mitlung (921m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
Our fourth day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day to trek from Suketar to Mitlung. This is our starting day of the real trek. We will see the landscapes of the beautiful lands on our way. Our overnight will be in Mitlung.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 05: Trek from Mitlung to Chirwa (1,185m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
On this fifth day of our Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will leave Mitlung and start to Chirwa. We will descend first and ascend to the path. We will reach to Tawa and climb up. We will see the landscapes on the way to Chirwa. Chirwa is the village of the Limbu community where we find many lodges and tea shops. Our overnight will be at Chirwa.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 06: Trek from Chirwa to Sukathum (1,509m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
On our fourth day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will start to Sukathum. We will cross the thick forest along the way. We will walk towards the upside. On the way, we will encounter with Tamor River. We will reach to Sukathum, the last destination of the day. Our overnight will be in Sukathum.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 07: Trek from Sukathum to Amjilosa (2,498m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
Our seventh day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of starting to Amjilosa from Sukathum. The trek will be a little bit challenging because the path is rough. We will cross over the suspension bridge. The trail has the thick forest. At last, we will reach to Amjilosa. Our overnight will be at Amjilosa.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 08: Trek from Amjilosa to Gyabla (2,730m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
On our eighth day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will head to Gyabla from Amjilosa. Again on this day, we will walk through the dense forest. The forest of fir, rhododendron and bamboo has been waiting for us to welcome on the way. We can also see the waterfalls on the way which are started in the mountains. When we walk more, we will be in Gyabla. Our overnight will be at Gyabla.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 09: Trek from Gyabla to Ghunsa (3,595m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
The ninth day of our Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of heading to Ghunsa from Gyabla. Through the way of river, we will reach to a valley. We will go to the village of Phale where a Tibetan refugee settlement can be seen. We will reach to Ghunsa after sometimes from Phale. This is the village of Sherpa community. In Ghunsa, we can see the hydroelectricity plant. Our overnight will be in Ghunsa.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 10: Trek from Ghunsa to Kambachen (4,145m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
The tenth day of our Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of starting to Kambachen from Ghunsa. On the way, we will see the beautiful views of the mountains and landscapes. We can enjoy the meadows and some alpine trees. We will reach to Rampuk Kharka and walk along to Kambachen. Our overnight will be in Kambachen.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 11: Rest day in Kambachen (4,145m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
Our eleventh day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the rest day in Kambachen. We have to rest to acclimatize our body with the high altitude. Even we rest, we will visit short distance and we explore the local area. Our overnight will be at Kambachen.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 12: Trek from Kambachen to Lhonak (4,500m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
The 12th day of our Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of trekking to Lhonak from Kambachen. The way is harder than before because we will be in the high altitude. We will rest time to time on our way to acclimatize. We will spend our overnight in Lhonak.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 13: Trek from Lhonak to Kanchenjunga north base camp (5,143m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
Our 13th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of reaching to Kanchenjunga north base camp. We can see Kanchenjunga Mountain on the way on our head. We will continue our way through the Kanchenjunga glacier. We should be very careful while walking at a high altitude because there may occur snow landslide in our direction. This point is a very beautiful place because we can enjoy the close view of the mountains as well as a panorama. Our overnight will be in the tent in Kanchenjunga north base camp.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 14: Trek from Base camp to Kambachen (4,145 m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
On our 14th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will return to Kambachen from the base camp. We cannot forget the beauty which we leave back on our way. Our heart seeks the beauty that we pass but that becomes more and more far from our eyes. But we can see the beauty by our eyes which are different from the higher than 5000 meters. Our overnight will be in Kambachen.

Day 15: Trek from Kambachen to Ghunsa (3,595m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
Our 15th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of leaving Kambachen to Ghunsa. The beauty of the forest and White Mountains can be seen at the same time from our way. The way is the same that we came before. Our overnight will be in Ghunsa.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 16: Trek from Ghunsa to Sele Le (4,290m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
This is our 16th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek and we will start to Sele Le from Ghunsa. The path is full of a dense forest so we can see the beauty of the forest of rhododendron throughout the way. The overnight will be at Sele Le.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 17: Trek from Sele Le to Cheram (3,868 m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
The 17th day of our Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of starting to Cheram from Sele Le. The view of the Jannu Himal and Makalu Himal can be seen perfectly from our way and we will enjoy the beauty of the mountains. We will walk through the many passes; some of them are Sinion La, Mirgin La and Sinelapche Bhanjyang. We will descend towards Cheram. Our overnight will be in Cheram.

Day 18: Trek from Cheram to Ramche and back to Cheram (3,868 m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
Our 18th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of starting to Ramche from Cheram and back to Cheram again. We will see the south base camp of Kanchenjunga Mountain on the way. We will encounter with the Yalung Glacier. We will reach to Ramche passing through Lapsang village. From there we can see the south part of the mountain very nicely. Our overnight will be in Cheram.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 19: Trek from Cheram to Tortong (2,980 m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
Our 19th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of leaving Cheram and starting to Tortong. We will continue our way and we can see a small stream on the way. The way descends by the forest of rhododendron. Our overnight will be in Tortong.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 20: Trek from Tortong to Yamphudin (1,692 m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
This is our 20th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek and we will head to Yamphudin from Tortong. We will pass the Lasiya Pass and walk through the forest by observing the beautiful landscapes. Yamphudin is the Sherpa, Limbu and Rai communities’ village. Our overnight will be in Yamphudin.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 21: Trek from Yamphudin to Yangpang (1,007m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
On our 21st day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will walk to Yangpang from Yamphudin.
We descend to the path and cross many bridges. We will walk over the Khaksewa pass with some houses of Limbu community. Limbu is a unique ethnic group of Nepal and they have their own culture and religion. Finally, we will reach to Yangpang where we spend our overnight.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 22: Trek from Yangpang to Thorpu (1,500m)
We will do Yoga in the morning before our breakfast.
On our 22nd day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek, we will head to Thorpu from Yamgpang. The wey descends by the village. It will be amazing walking with observing the culture of Nepali people. We can enjoy the beautiful village with beautiful people. We can interact with people from the village. Our overnight will be very memorable in Thorpu.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 23: Drive from Thorpu to Birtamod
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
The 23rd day of our Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of driving to Birtamod from Thorpu. From the way, we can see the beautiful views of the surroundings and the views of the far to the mountains. Birtamod is a plain place and it takes 5 to 6 hours from Thorpu to reach there. Our overnight will be in Birtamod.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 24: Drive from Birtamod to Bhadrapur and fly to Kathmandu
We will do Yoga in the morning before breakfast.
Our 24th day of Kanchenjunga yoga trek will be the day of driving to Bhadrapur and flying to Kathmandu from Bhadrapur. When we will reach to Bhadrapur, we will go to the airport to take our flight to Kathmandu. We can enjoy our flight by seeing the views of the outside. After reaching to Kathmandu, we will be transferred to the hotel. Our management team will give a farewell dinner in the evening. Our overnight will be in Kathmandu.
We will practice Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.
Day 25: Departure Day
This 25th day will be the last day of our Kanchenjunga Yoga Trek. We will say goodbye to each other and our management group will wish you a very safe journey to your country from Nepal. You will bring a lot of happy memories from Nepal to your country.

- We provide you the bed and breakfast. Accommodation will be shared by two people. However, you can book for the single room with extra charge.
- The overland transport will be held on tourist coach as per the itinerary and size of the group.
- The applicable fee for the Trekking, National Park and Conservation center will be covered.

- The wages, meals, and transportation of our trekking staff (guide) will be arranged.
- We also have included a comprehensive medical kit and service of guide.
What’s Excluded
- Pick-up/Drop from/to the airport.
- The visa fee you would have to pay for travel, medical insurance and airport tax.
- The meals of your personal interest will not be offered in our expense.
- We would also not provide personal sleeping bags and bags.
- The charge applied in case of emergency evacuation by any means of transport would not be included.
- The charge for accommodation in Kathamndu in you early arrival before the trip will not be included and also the late departure. Moreover, the early departure from trek will also not included in our expense.
- We also don’t include the cost of international flights.
- The trip doesn’t offer the travel and rescue insurance.
- We also don’t include the phone calls, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, extra poter etc.
- We also don’t offer tips for guides and porters, you can give them yourself if you like to give.
