Sirubari Yoga Trek includes yoga with trek. Yoga and trek are related to each other so this combination will provide us more benefits. Doing yoga in naturally rich place can be more effective. Yoga with fresh air gives us more advantages.

Sirubari trekking allows us to see the beautiful landscapes, mountain views of Annapurna area and the cultural observation of Sirubari village. Sirubari is the village where the first home stay started in the history of Nepal. It has been the most popular village trekking destination for more than 7 years. When we add yoga in this trekking, it will be the best combination for our repose. Yoga can help in trekking in different ways that creates the beauty in our trekking.

Nepal is not only rich in the mountain views but it is also precious in cultural aspect. Sirubari is the place, where we can enjoy the different cultures of the village with friendly people and natural beauty at the same time. We combine yoga for making the trek more spiritual. Nepal is the place of Yogis so; it will be meaningful when we do yoga during our trekking. Therefore, we organize this Yoga trek.

Sirubari is located in Shyangja district of Nepal, which lies southwest of Pokhara. It is at the height of 1700m from the level of the sea. The climate of Sirubari is very good all the times and we can go there any seasons of the year but the best time is March to May and September to December. It is a typical village and we can find friendly and well educated people there. It becomes the model of the home stay all over Nepal. Sirubari village can attract all the tourists and trekkers. It is very clean and we can see the beautiful green forest, White Mountains and the meadow. We can enjoy the trek of lovely village, from our heart.

Yoga can be the complement in our trekking because it helps us to be free from all our pain. We will walk in the day and when we do pranayam and meditation in the evening, we will be relieved from all the pain and we can sleep very calmly. In trekking, our body becomes very active and that is good for our body. If we do yoga during our trekking, it will energize every cells of our body. It can give us the stamina to work hard and we can walk easily, when we do yoga during our trek.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Day in Kathmandu (1,300m)

When you arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, you will come to our office at Goldhungga. After checking in, we take a rest in the hotel in Kathmandu. You may also go to the city to visit as your wish. We will take our dinner with nice foods and spend our overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Trek Preparation Day

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

On this day, in the morning, after our breakfast, we will start a guided tour to many historical and spiritual places in Kathmandu. Our tour includes the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Bouddhanath (Buddhist shrine), which is one of the largest stupas in the world. We will visit on this day, all the places which are listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There will be a brief discussion about our whole 10 days Sirubari yoga trek in a group, in the afternoon.  Our overnight will be spent at the hotel in Kathmandu.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 03: Drive To Pokhara (800m)

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

On our third day of Sirubari yoga trekking, we will start to Pokhara from Kathmandu by tourist bus. The drive will be very amazing and enjoying. We can see Tresuli River, Marsyangdi River, Annapurna Himalayan Range and many land escapes outside from the bus. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Pokhara.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 04: Drive From Pokhara To Arjunchupari & Trek To Sirubari (1,700m)

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

On this fourth day of our Sirubari trekking, we will leave Pokhara and drive to Arjunchaupari. From Arjunchaupari, we will start to walk towards Sirubari. We will be welcomed by the villagers, when we will reach in the village. In the evening there, will be the cultural program. They show the cultural dances in their costumes, which is very attractive. Our overnight will be in home stay in the village.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 05: Exploration Day in Sirubari

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

This is our fifth day of Sirubari yoga trek and we will explore the Sirubari village, on this day. We will go all around the village to visit. We will closely observe the day to day lifestyle of the Gurung ethnic people. We will stay at the home stay in the village.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 06: Sightseeing Day From Dahare Hill

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

This is our 6th day of Sirubari yoga trek. We will go to Dahare Hill to visit on this day. From Dahare hill, we can see the beautiful views of the mountains and the village. We will attend on the program that is performed by the villagers in the evening. This is a cultural program, which is very interesting. Our over-night will be at the home stay in the village.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 07: Trek From Sirubari To Arjunchupari & Drive To Pokhara

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

On the seventh day of our Sirubari yoga trek, we will walk from Sirubari to Arjunchaupari. From Arjunchaupari we will drive to reach to Pokhara. Our overnight will be in Pokhara at a hotel.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 08: Sightseeing & Relaxing Day in Pokhara

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

Our eighth day of Sirubari yoga trek will be the sightseeing day of Pokhara city. The places where we will go are Fewa lake, Devid’s falls, seti gorge, Barahai temple, world peace pagoda, Mahendra Cave, Chamere Cave etc. We will relax in Pokhara with seeing its beauty. We will rest on thes day. Our overnight will be in Pokhara city.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 09: Drive From Pokhara To Kathmandu

We will do yoga in the morning and take breakfast.

On our ninth day of Sirubari yoga trek, we will head to Kathmandu from Pokhara by driving. The journey will be very interesting because we can sit all the day on our seat in the bus. We can enjoy the beautiful views of the outside from our bus. We will have our farewell dinner with everyone. Our overnight will be at the hotel in Kathmandu.

We will do Pranayam and Meditation in the evening.

Day 10: Departure Day

Your 10th day of 10 days Sirubari yoga trek will be the departure day to your home country from Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal. We wish you a very safe journey.

  • NWe provide you the bed and breakfast. Accommodation will be shared by two people. However, you can book for the single room with extra charge.
  • NThe overland transport will be held on tourist coach as per the itinerary and size of the group.

  • QThe charge applied in case of emergency evacuation by any means of transport would not be included.
  • QThe charge for accommodation in Kathamndu in you early arrival before the trip will not be included and also the late departure. Moreover, the early departure from trek will also not included in our expense.
  • QWe also don’t include the cost of international flights.
  • QThe trip doesn’t offer the travel and rescue insurance.
  • QWe also don’t include the phone calls, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, extra poter etc.
  • QWe also don’t offer tips for guides and porters, you can give them yourself if you like to give.
