Getting up early in the morning after about 8 hours of sound sleep, the trekkers are welcomed in the boundary of mat for some warming up, stretching, sun salutation, asana in the morning. After entering into the practice of asana for about an hour, one would relax for about 10 minutes into savasana before ending the yoga session in the morning. As soon as the yoga session winds up in the morning, trekkers get fresh and take the breakfast before paving the trekking path on foot. The energetic body and enthusiastic mind of the trekkers would enjoy the picturesque panorama along the way. By trailing the trek for about 4 hours every day in average, one would definitely get exhausted. The remedy here is pranayama and meditation with some relaxation process. Offering some guided meditation and breathing technique the fatigued body and tired mind is again revitalized. Taking the delicious dinner in the evening, the night greets the trekkers for sound sleep.

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu

It’s Nepal! As you pass the exit gate of Tribhuvan International Aiport, you will be welcomed by the representatives of The Trek, Tour and Travel Nepal. You will be brought to a hotel and you’ll get checked in there. After managing the stuffs and having some rest, about the documentation and upcoming trek schedules as well as the things needed to be prepared will be briefed.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara

Early in the morning, the journey to Pokhara will be started from Kathmandu. Usually, the buses are parked at Jamal nearby Thamel for Pokhara. Immediately after passing the Kathmandu valley, the journey takes descending route for about an hour. Then the path follows the edge of Trishuli River until Mugling. Crossing over the bridge, the road leaves the bank of the river and moves through the base of hills. Small towns and villages and jungles and hills makes the journey wonderful to continue. It will be an exciting 6/7 hours journey up to Pokhara. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 03: Pokhara to Khade Khola Bhumdi-3 hours of Trek

Yoga Asana in the morning

Early in the morning after breakfast, the trek heads toward Phewa Lake. Riding on the short board trip, the trekkers will ascend the trail uphill through the forest. The trail eventually arrives the Bishwa Shanti Stupa (World Peace Pagoda) which greets the trekkers with huge white shinning stupa with its blossoming garden and vibrational aura. World Peace Pagoda also owns the point which allows to enjoy the picturesque Pokhara with its fade and fabulous-looking Phewa Lake while one observes down whereas one views the glistening glorious snow-capped mountains to the north.

The trek further moves down trail before it again climbs up to the hill in a turning trail through Lukum Swara village. The ascending route continues as the trek reaches to Bhumdi village where the trek will be rested for the day. Overnight at teahouse/camping.

Day 04: Bhumdi to Panchase Bhanjyang-4 hours of Trek

The trek tours through the greenery and beautiful forest while climbing up the trail. The trial is such a marvelous moment to capture as one comes close the chirping sound of the birds, the shadowy section of jungle, the exotic environment of forest, mocking of monkeys may charm the path in an interesting manner. After going past Thulunchour, the forest replaces the road which may be dirt but again allows the mesmerizing mountain view of Machhapuchchhre, Manaslu, Annapurnas and Gangapurna, and Dhaulagiri. After few more soaring steps, the trekkers trail through the jeep trail until Panchase Bhanjyang. The overnight stay will at teahouse/camping.

Day 05: Panchase to Bhadaure (1670 meter) 3 hours of Trek

Getting up early in the morning, one steps uphill to reach the peak of Panchase which measures the height of about 2500 meter. The trekkers have option to even get earlier for catching the golden sun rise view in the morning reaching at Panchase peak. Observing all those gigantic mountains appeared far to the north would entice one to spend hours watching the incredible milieu. As the time comes to descend down to the hill which will also be the time to pave for the campsite just above the town of Bhadaure.

Overnight stay will be at teahouse/ camping.

Day 06: Bhadaure to Pokhara via Naudanda (1515 meter)

The last but perhaps the most magnificent day of the trail as it will try to recollect all those awesome memories of past few days spent in the proximity of nature. The trail takes the trekkers down to Bhadaure town and moves further through forest and village alternatively greeting and offering the cool and jovial atmosphere. As the trek reaches to Naudanda to reach the highway from where the trekkers will be welcomed and allowed to rest by getting on the car to reach Pokhara by lunch. The delicious lunch will be arranged at Lakeside, in the city of picturesque Pokhara.

Overnight will be at a guesthouse.

Day 07: Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara

The day will be waiting to take trekkers away from the pleasant and panoramic Pokhara for Kathamndu, the city of temple. Getting on the bus, the journey will return through the same road. The bus will reach in the early evening so that the trekkers have time to rest and go for shopping that day. Overnight will at a guesthouse.
