9:30 am – Meditation and Yogic Relaxation
Meditation and yoga go hand in hand. As they say that it is crucial to control your mind. In the meditation class, you will learn various techniques through which you will be able to concentrate the mind. 2:00 pm – Lunch

4:00 pm – Yoga Asana
